The Restaurant occupies a wing of the ground floor of the building. It is a very luminous room and offers business lunches and dinners with ad hoc menus that suggests the flavours of the territory. Reservation is required. A few of the most appreciated dishes are: Lombrichelli all’Etrusca homemade pasta and Acquacotta alla Viterbese vegetable soup.
